Welcome to the Southside Community Center Wellness Clinic. Our vision is to address the healthcare disparities in our community by sharing our space to invite providers like our 1st Partner, Pregnancy Resource Center! We are excited to partner together to offer pregnancy services deep in the most underserved neighborhood in the Southside of Peoria, IL. The clinic is open by appointment only. We hope to partner with many providers to share this clinic space so that we can offer walk in wellness services, prenatal care and referral resources to our neighbors. The Welness Center is down the street from Laramie St Liquors just a block away from Trewyn Wrap Around Center.
